Roger, has held multiple positions in Executive Management to include CEO, President, VP of Operations and Fixed Operations allowing him to learn, at each critical step in constructing, operating and guiding organizations to successful milestones and revenue heights. By bringing a well developed, history of successes to the leadership and management team, Roger’s mastery of customer service and investment experience provide the stability and defining confidence allowing the entire team to focus on a singular goal of team success.
